2007 E92 Mr 5 Rattle Fix Question

I have a common wastegate rattling issue like alot of the e92 owners. I attempted to fix it using Mr 5's method and it has reduced alot of the rattle. I have turned 2.5 Revolutions and still hear a little bit of it. I understand the num of turns depends on the severity of the rattle, but was wondering if anyone had gone beyond 3 turns. Did it affect your powerband?

I noticed my exhaust was a little bit quieter after the adjustment, but that could be my mind playing games.

Mr 5. RAttle fix link.

I beleive they say that prior to doing this, you should first replace all vaccume lines, brake booster hard pipes and the grommet to rule out anything else leaking first. Often all is ruled out, you could try the mr 5 fix.

That sounds like a good idea. I'll try to diagnose that in the mean time. On a curious note though, has anyone here used this method and how many revolutions did you turn to completely get rid of the rattle?
