Shop or dealer (recent purchase, first servicing), NOVA?

I just took delivery on a 2013 E93. It's super low miles but I know it was sitting for a long time.

Looking to have it inspected, fluids flushed/changed, general maintenance stuff before I push it.

I live close enough to BMW Fairfax or Alexandria (10min to either), but wondering if it'd be better to take it to RRT? I hear great things, but I don't need any performance mods or tuning done, so wondering if that's sort of overkill.
