Could be bird droppings... sometimes it is clear-ish like that. But, if this was at work, does the garage have cameras? The company owned garage I park in has tons of cameras, and I would ask security to review it... that would cost someone their job with proof.

As far as the cleaning, try a clay bar and some mild paint cleaner or compound.

I had my car egged THE FIRST DAY I bought it.. I gave the car to my dad for a few hours and he cleaned it off with vinegar and water. I think the solution was half and half. I'm not sure if that will work for you because the egg yolk had only dried up for about an hour some was still wet.

I had the same thing happen to one of my cars a few years back...it was a nice sized goober that was right in the middle of my windshield...it makes you feel violated but you cant let it get you worked up, just hope you catch the F***er next time

When I had my 360 Spyder, I would find spit on my seats or vert top on more than one occasion. Its really sad that people can do that to a stranger out of pure jealousy.... Or maybe it was someone I pissed off? LOL

Ya, I was driving through Isla Vista in SB with my girlfriend (she went to school at ucsb at the time) and saw two drunk kids on the side of the road. I am use to seeing alot of drunk kids in IV so it was nothing new. I just made sure to keep a eye out for people in the street and drove slow.

A important part of this story is that I was fighting with my gf (over stupid shit like always) at the time, so I was in a bad state of mind and was mad already.

Ok, back to the story. Like I said I was driving through Isla Vista heading to my gf's house. It was saturday so drunk kids were everywhere. I notice two kids (i like calling them kids because they act like kids although they were the same age as me) walking on the side of the road mean mugging my car. The next thing I noticed was one of the kids cocking his head back and spitting directly towards my car. (I have to give the kid credit becuase he had good aim)

He it my windsheild with a nice "big one". I was already mad (because of the gf) and was ready to take my anger out on something, so this kid just raised his hand and yelled "pick me" by spitting on my car.

I slammed on the breaks and stepped out of the car while my gf was yelling (no, nooo baby! i will pay for a wash!!) I said fuck this shit and took my $100 shirt off and walked stright over to the little bitches ready to DO WORK! (i love that shirt so i didnt want to mess it up )They were the usual bitch size (5'9 to 5'10 and skinny), but at the time I was a gym rat and pushing 200lbs with 6-7% body fat and I am 6'1 so I figured out I would take both no problem. At the time I only wanted the kid that spitted on my car, but he had a good friend that was going to back him up like a good friend should.

I went directly up to him yelling and just trying to figure out if he was worth it or not and if they had any other friends close by. By the time I found out they were alone and no one gets off disrespecting my property with a slap on the rist, i get ready to throw. I got in the kids face and he pushed me. (i thought if anything would go down i wanted him to throw first so i could pull self defence if the law was involved)

So after he pushed me i threw him to the ground. His buddy quickly noticed that I was for sure out for blood and there for two reasons.
1. chewing bubble gum
2. kicking ass

He was unlucky because I was all out of bubble gum. By the time he got off the ground I turned around and saw red and blue lights.

FUCK!!!

So here I am shirt less looking like a meat head searching for a fight while two defencless kids are looking for mom.

The cop grabbed me first and told me to hold my hands together behind my back and sit on the curb.

He asked me why I am shirtless and wanting to fight these kids. I responded telling him they spit on my car for no reason as I drove by. I told him I took my shirt off becasue I was hot. LOL (it was summer, so it kind of worked)

The kid said he spit on my car because I was driving by too fast. WTF!

I was driving slow and looking out for loosers like him.

To make a long story short I had to choices, have him wipe it off with his shirt, or take him to court for a carwash. So I went with the wipe down.

I was lucky becasue they were drunk and I was sober and spoke to the cops with respect in a educated mannor.

My point is people that spit on someones car reguardless of type of relationship or the reason why should be allowed a swift ass kicking.

I hate people that would do this and I would have not changed anything I did in my personal situation. At least I had some sort of payback and closeure.
