I'm thinking of selling my E92 with 31k miles. It is fully optioned and I bought it used from dealer buyback but BMW had fixed everything before putting it back on sale. FULL FACTORY WARRANTY until August 31, 2015! I've been using the car as my daily driver and I'm putting more miles on the car than I want to so I'm thinking to get a cheaper dedicated daily driver with better gas mileage. $43k!

Car has every package available including auto high beam! It is a DCT. $76k MSRP sticker price.

There is one tiny ding in the rear bumper corner on passenger side. I never fixed it because it wasn't too obvious for me and didn't want to repaint. I have $0 deductible insurance so I can get it fixed.

Sorry I've been unable to post it. I'm in between moves and I got out of my old place but my new place fell through so all of my documents are still in storage. I'm not trying to deceive anyone and you are all welcome to come test drive the car and have it all checked out at BMW to your satisfaction. Warranty for another 22k miles or 1.5 years!

I have had absolutely no problem with the car and it is only up for sale due to not wanting to daily drive it. Car currently have around 27800 miles.

I've been super busy with work lately that I'm sorry I've neglected to keep this post up to date. There has been many interests but a lot of low ball offers. If you bothered to read all the posts you would have seen that the seller stated this and the reason it was a dealer buy back.

Some states don't consider buyback as a lemon car. In this case it is.
