Unhappy BMW not pulling service history

Hey everyone, I need some help with my F30 LCI. I've been attempting to update the service history on my ENTRYNAV2 using software, but it seems to have caused some issues. Unfortunately, it disabled the service history feature, and now my car can't pull the data from BMW Teleservices as it used to.

Typically, whenever I get my car serviced, the garage uploads the service information to BMW AOS, which my vehicle then syncs with via the cloud. This process automatically updates the service history on my car. However, this automatic update feature is no longer working.

I've heard that BMW-approved garages can restore the service history using AOS ISTA, but I'm wondering if there's another solution available to me. I attempted to VO code ENTRYNAV2 in E-Sys, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I'm now considering using Tool32 to possibly reset the system and enable it to pull the service history again. If it's possible to use Tool32 to potentially resolve this issue, I'd appreciate some guidance on the steps involved. I should mention that I haven't used Tool32 before, so any instructions or advice would be particularly helpful in this situation.

Any advice or suggestions on how to restore this functionality would be greatly appreciated!

Next service should push it all again. At least that was my experience with a secondhand id6 retrofit. Dealer added an entry and then the rest appeared a few hours later.

Hi, have you resolved the problem? I have the same situation. The car should pull a new service history entry via Teleservice but it is not supposed to do this. Moreover, after the visit to inde I got the service history unordered.

I haven't managed to get it to pull automatically but I have managed to rewrite the service history using Tool32. I created a thread on how to do it.

this website worked well to pull up my cars life service history from the dealership. Not sure if that's what your looking for. Just need to put in your VIN
