x5 e53 impa

Hi
I have a puzzle
I bought a bmw x5 e53 and the k+dcan from bimmergeeks
I have installed the impa app and followed all the steps however I still cant seem to get the pc to cable to obd to connect properly i keep getting these errors
Ifh-0003 datatransmission to interface disturbed
I have set the cable to com port 1 latency to 1 installed all the needed programs
Please help

wich year is the car ? maybe you have the round OBD in the enginebay depends on build year

It is the 2005 model i has the obd under the dash
