Clutch delay valve mod gone wrong, pics

I recently asked for help diagnosing what I may have messed up following a CDV modification. This time Im including pics of what I noticed when I got the vehicle home and visually inspected the little missing cap inspection hole on the transmission and noticed a black fuzzy cloth like crap inside there, what it means or if it indicates whats broken Ill leave it up to someone more mechanically inclined. Shifting from 1st second, I ran the tach up to 5500 rpm from a dead stop, and during that transition something broke because I lost pedal pressure and felt something spinning through the clutch pedal feel, while depressing the clutch. And what your seeing in the pics is the only thing I noticed out of place, and I did check my trans fluid level which was good. Thanks a ton if anyone can shed light on whats going on with my clutch or transmission, slave cylinder etc. I am pretty sure the transmission hard line that has curves in it was bent, not sure if that can cause all this.
