I wish there is easy way to disable exhaust valve aka golf tee.
However, it seems like default position of the valve is closed.

What else can you do? I literally fell down on the floor laughing, sounds like a 2-stroke 50cc moped with an aftermarket exhaust. I remember a nice guy on an F10 forum who purchased a Dinan exhaust to his tuned 550i describing people walking at parking lots whipping around to see " what beast had showed up to rule the roost", ain't going to happen with the stock F8X, more like drivers checking the side mirrors not to hit the scooter approaching... I said before I'm not going to throw away a brand new M tuned exhaust but now I'm wobbling.

Guys, did you read the interview with the head of design for the exhaust at m-power.com before you start complaining. The exhaust is a very complex thing especially the logic to open and close the valves.

Who knows what 'mode' the car was in, I'm sure it sounds different Comfort, Sport S+ etc. Not sounding amazing there but haters gonna hate.

I love this car, but every recording I have seen sounds like complete dogshit.

Now, I didn't say the car actually sounds like shit because unlike many, I reserve judgement until actually hearing it for myself. But I do note that I have heard many recordings of cars on teh interwebz, many recorded with cell phones, in underground garages, and no matter what "mode" they were in, they sounded WAY better...and not like my weed eater.

Car looks amazing. Sounds pretty bad IMO. I think removing the resonator (like someone said above) will really help. I did it to me E60M5 and it was incredible. Yes a V10 but still made a huge difference. Of course you can drop $3000 to make it sound just the way your want. I loved my e46M3 but always hated the sound. Tomato-tomato
Anyway you slice it this car is awesome.
