Hello,

Just got the windshield replaced on F30 and after washing the car I noticed the windshield had some hazy streaks. I tried glass cleaner and even glass polish cerium oxide but the haze remains. I’ve had the windshield replaced before without any issues. Is this a defective windshield or can the haze be fixed? Of note, windshield is oem. Thank you

could be a chemical stain, which may require more than just a spray and wipe, but rather a machine polish. i'd complain to whoever did the replacement, and see if theyll offer to fix it first. there's a chance that it's stained forever, which is why I'd want them to be involved.

I agree, go back to the install location and ask. They may have a good method to clean it or they will need to replace it.
