It will if it accepts 5 volt differential outputs.

It will if it accepts 5 volt differential outputs.
and what amp are you using after it.

I'm using a jl audio xd600/6 amp. I'm not sure if my hifi accepts 5v differential inputs.

It's the other way around, does the Bit Ten have differential inputs?

That is how the hifi system transfers signal between its head unit and its amplifier. If you are going to use that signal to feed the B10, it needs to be compatible.

Ok, so I just read the manual for that device, and it needs full-range speaker level inputs to operate. The signal coming from your hifi head unit is line level, differential balanced at that, and not what the Audison device will be looking for or able to accept. The speaker level outputs from your oem hifi amplifier are filtered for the different speakers they drive, and not full range.

Now, all that said, your JL amplifier DOES have the right kind of inputs to accept signal from your head unit. So the question becomes: "what are you hoping that the bit ten is going to add/provide to your audio system?" You're probably best getting the hifi adapter harness that is readily available from another forum member and plugging right into your amplifier.

Edit - if your JL is a V2 of the XD series, it features the correct inputs, I don't know for sure if the original accepts a differential signal.

The radio outputs 5 volts differential

The radio outputs 5 volts differential the audison needs to receive it.
The audition outputs low level to the the JL which then amps it.
I think any processor is going to take low level inputs.

You can download the manual
I think it only as 5 channels out and you need at least 6
or more

It looks like this thing is intended to take high level speaker out
signals. Seems like it has limited functions.

I'm so confused, yes I already do have the Jl audio xd600/6 V2 hooked up via a Technic harness. I wanted to add the Audison Bit Ten D to my hifi idrive and have it run my Match components up front , 2 Jehnert xe200 under the seats and my 10" jl audio 10w3 subwoofer in the trunk. Will this set up work ? Wouldn't that be 5 channels going into the output jacks of the Bit Ten D? I was also told that the hifi idrive has 4 analog outputs that would go in the input jacks of the Bit Ten D . Is that true ?

You are running 6 channels of the technic harness

If You are running 6 channels off the technic harness
if you use it in the standard hi fi configuation.
The xd has 6 channels out 4 for doors 2 for floors.
4 channels one for each door and the two channels for the under seats.
That is 6 channels already plus your sub .
The idea behind having a dsp is being able to equalize and time delay
each location. If you include the sub that is 7 but I don't think you
actually need to dsp the sub.
The dsp is inbetween the head unit and amp the head unit has 4 channels
out and the Hi Fi amp takes those and turns them into 6 channels.
So does the standard setup on the Technic hi fi harness.

It looks like physically the bit 10 outputs are limited to 5
4 for the door speakers and one for a sub.
plus it doesn't look like it was intended for low level inputs from
a head unit .
