- United States: 75.8 percent

So, i guess games' officials have to reach a certain level of sucking. Netherlands vs Chile's referee did good, so Brazil and Mexico games' referees gave all they had to reach the "sucking bar". Mexico should have given 2 penalties, and Brazil's 3rd goal was a clear offside.
