As above. Switched on Bluetooth on the phone whilst I was in the car and waited for it to automatically connect as it usually does and..........nothing.

Pressed the 'Menu' button and no symbol under TEL, just "- -". Any suggestions/thoughts?

Also, only the volume control
Buttons are working on LHS of the steering wheel controls. RHS working fine.

The most likely cause is that your Bluetooth module has despatched itself.

It'll be under the boot floor carpet.

The other thing to check is the Diagnostic socket under the glove box. If this is detached it won't see anything on the optical bus (as I found out the otter day with my DAB). There's a horizontal piece of plastic above where you feet go. two screws, one either side. Pull slowly toward you and you should be able to tip it down. It's on the left hand side

When my phone would not connect, it turned out the problem was with the phone. Before you go too far messing with the car, try taking the phone battery out, pause, re-build phone and try again to connect. Worked for me !!
