Hi guys, I am a car enthusiast, and had a 120d Sport model from 2012 for 2 years. 3 years ago moved to Munich and now we are thinking of getting a car since we have a little one on the way it will make life easier.

Currently I am between two 120i, advantage model (lets call it gray fox) and the m-sport shadow model (lets call it white bunny).

The issue that I have is that my mind tells me to take the gray fox as it is basically a new car with only 6k km @ 24k Eur, but my heart tells me to take the white bunny with 30k km @ 26k Eur.

If was making the choice on my own I would have went with the white bunny for sure, but my gf will be driving it as well and we will take the occasional long distance trip with the little one on-board.

I am mostly concerned about comfort and unfortunately we can not try out the cars as they do not have winter tyers to drive on.

What do you guys think? Should I listen to my mind or shall I go with my heart?

Gray Fox...diapers cost a lot!! Save the euros for later when you can get a nicer car. I have little ones and they are brutal on cars until they get to be teenagers.

White Bunny. M-Sport is the best. For comfort on long trips "481 Sport Seats F Driver/front Passenger" are (absolutely) essential and "488 Lumbar Support Driver/front Passenger" is even better (I wish I didn't skip this option! It's controversial and I didn't like it when I tried it, but it's best for the correct posture, I believe.) "710 M Leather Steering Wheel" is also quite better than "255 Sports Leather Steering Wheel".

Unless you want the car as a cradle for the little one: Gray Fox is better here with it's soft suspension and (high profile - they must be Runflat as well from the factory) wheels. But on a long trip the driver can get lulled too, perhaps. M-Sport suspension isn't hard. Enthusiasts go further for sharp handling and M-Performance "enhancement" is officially available.

Thanks for the feedback fellas, I went with my heart and picked the white bunny, its not as new as the grey fox but it still makes me happy, picking it up on the 16th of Feb! lets see how it goes
