Didn't post in a while, my user name used to be "halloweed", just felt for a name change^^ more appropriate
car was delivered back in Nov 2005. After 8 yrs and 230000 KM, still loving it. some basic mods like KWv1, BMS powerbox, Injen intake and some Dunlop Z1... anyways, picture time. suggestions & critics welcome!! |

LOL how did you get it on an ice rink?!?! I love seeing high milage E90 330i, it gives me hope for my car. Just spent a ton of cash refreshing the suspension and brakes as I plan on taking her to + 300k kms. Have you done the clutch?

Beautiful ride & I'm glad to see you've been happy with it for so long. I hope I have mine in 8 years.

I have a 2006 330xi as well, glad to see someone else that also goes through winters at 230,000km. I just hit 98,000km today so that is re-assuring.
Such a reliable car with decent power and great handling!

Beautiful ride! I wonder how much I would have to spend on maintenance before I hit 230k km. Im at 135k so far I've spent $800 on tstat and waterpump, $1500 KW v1 suspension. Hopefully nothing expensive in the future.

after 100k, like you i replaced w pump and t stat, a faulty Vanos solenoid fixed for about $500, replace some suspension parts like sway bar endlinks, lower control arms, they seemed to worn out faster when the car is lowered. it's not that expensive to maintain this car unlike the CL600 we have back in Vancouver, its a nightmare I have V1 as well but the rear shocks are now blown after 2 years but since i am moving back to Vancouver soon, with better roads, gonna replace them with KW V3 |
