Trunk won't open! Need help

2008 e92 328i
Can't open trunk using remote and switch inside.
Checked valet switch inside glove compartment(unlock).

I'm getting one weak click from trunk latch when trying to release with remote(not strong enough to unlock trunk).
Getting constant clicking noise around battery if I hold down on trunk button on truck itself.
Could it be weak battery? Recently installed backup camera and DVR running 24/7.
No other electrical problem. No error.

Have you tried the actual key? Use the metal key in your fob inside the keyhole above the tag.
