Please don't buy from this seller.
I asked him for pictures of headlight so many times. Which he didn't send. Every time I ask him for pictures he would start to chat about something else and won't respond. And then he also said that he is canada, BC based seller. When I offered to pick up the lights in person, he would just not respond to that message.


Paid him 1000CAD for lci IKON headlights and he refused the payment. Just to send me donation links.
I blocked and deleted the chat otherwise I would have attached all the screenshots.

This person repeatedly Sent multiple donation links for the payment. Even when I offered to cover his PayPal fee. He would not stop sending me donation links.

Thanks for the heads up. I've had so many follow requests from these people since joining/following various BMW groups on IG. I would always just deny and move on, assuming they're scammers to begin with, but I appreciate you for confirming my suspicions.

Anyways, how do you guys check if the seller is authentic on Insta ? I found one with over 2400 followers.

To me it’s very simple to spot them.

If they’re selling parts on instagram, they’re not real.

Straight Six Auto Parts is pretty big on IG, and they are very legit.

Why in the WORLD would you buy car parts from Instagram pages? Just the fact you mention the amount of followers and how it supposedly legitimizes their page is just absolutely beyond me. No wonder these scammers continue to exist; people actually pay them!
