This is my first E46 M3 (I have owned an E92M and an F80)...it has been such a great experience so far to drive a much more raw, back to basics car. Plus since this will be my weekend garage queen, I am thinking the value might go up based on it's shape, mileage, and 6spd manual transmission. I say go for it

I have the same feeling with my e36. I actually now enjoy driving it more than my e92. (Shhhh, don't tell anyone).

Good find! Hold on to that car as long as you can. Not that you will ever want to part with it but another 6-10 years they will be nearing 6 digit prices. If you can keep the miles low(er).

I bought a brand new E46 M3 back in '01 when they were first released. It's funny, back then, I thought the car was pretty advanced. I certainly didn't think it was all that analog!
