I do not know if this is lifters or my injectors? Any ideas? I feel it’s a little loud to be injectors.

Sounds normal to me. The injectors make a ton of clicky sounds with the engine cover off and even more so on a cold engine. It could be different in person but from the video that’s exactly how they sound

I feel like it’s a little too loud but I am replacing my valve cover soon so I will probably check if the lifters have play. I’ve heard that regardless it will tick but I don’t know if it’s louder than normal or not.

Are you able to hear injector tick from the cab if I have the engine cover off?
