bmw 128i pre lci blacklines fitment

I just recently installed blacklines on my pre lci 128i. After installing I noticed that both sides of the taillight, the top part of the tail light has a quit noticeable gap compared to the stock taillights. Anyone have similar experience with this?

Yeah some people did too. I have this issue with the right side only. These new blackliine tail lights are from newer models thats the onky reason I can think of? 🤔 Not noticeable if you dont know about it ☺️

I would try loosening the lower attachment point(s), then press inward to compress the gasket, and then tighten the screws in a rotating pattern. Maybe the gaskets are stiff, and not compressing

You know my issue is the other way around. The 3 nuts somehow are already at the limit of the screw and tail light still loose. Weird huh 🤔 Funny something so simple turns out to be a freakin PITA 😂

Oh BTW on my last used tail light I bought from Ebay which I go a full refund since it did not work, the seller asked me to keep it. Yeah I have another spare tail light in my garage 😂😤. I am gonna try to fix it. Will feed 12v power to the connector see if ai can traubleshoot and repair somshow? The issue is that the LED lines did not turn ON even jogglijg the wire ******tors and stuff.
