Lost M3, must say goodbye, this forum has been great!
it was a very sad day... had to turn in my M3 (very early lol).. due to tough times
anyways, it was a great 40k miles of pure fun and excitement. This forum has been the best and most informative that I have been a part of. I will truly miss coming here and certainly miss driving the M!! I appreciate all of the answers and help from all of you. please cherish your time in the M and do not take for granted. Yes, it's only a car, however it will be tough not hearing the sound of 8,400 RPMs to start the day!!! Regards,

MK, we're neighbors
I was going to have an accident whereby it would've gone into the canal on Griffin lol.. but of course I would never do anything like that so...... it went back to dealer via voluntary repo....

thanks. I will be back on top and will probably own an M again one day...
when I went to dealer and they offered me 35k for it while owing 62, didn't have much of a choice left. unfortunatly I'm having to file ch13 and the car (debt) will be included. my turn for a personal "bail out", it's actually the smart financial decision based on some other factors involved. I don't feel bad at all either. lenders in this country put me (and a lot of us) into this situation and they will now bail me out. My wife and I are both in R.E. and had 2 slow years that really hurt. Some of the things that I love, I am having to give up...for now.

Tough times, man. You'll be back on your feet in no time.
8400RPM to start your day? What about warm up? I never crack 3,000 on my way to work! BTW - how is losing 27k better than continuing payments (or waiting for involuntary repo) on the car? Is that one of those weird bankruptcy stipulations? |

I'm sorry you're losing your car and are taking a hit on your credit, but the above line is the biggest crock of bullshit I've yet to see on this forum. |

Having nothing tied to credit, perhaps aside from a reasonable mortgage, is also a safe bet. At least my tax dollars can go to help out all the "victims" of bad credit out there.

^ +3 This entitlement mentality kills me. You deserve to get bailed out? Don't get me started. yeah, it's all the lenders fault, not the people who "bought" a house with 0-10% down or re-fried with the interest only loans... Please!
