Valve cover parts available separately?

Trying to help out a friend. I've searched but can't find anything. Which likely answers the question, but hoping for good news.

Is this part available anywhere without buying the full valve cover?

I guess wreckers if not...

No it isn't. I also wouldn't recommend gluing it back on. If it falls off again (which it probably will as most glues deteriorate with heat and oil) it could fall down into the valve gear and cause expensive engine damage. Just replace the complete valve cover and be done with it for peace of mind.
