What is this in my car?

I have this wire, running into my center console with a button, I believe it gets rid of the delay in the pedal.

I dont want it, so i want to sell it.

anyone know what its called, ive heard of them before just drawing a blank, also what are they worth?

Sprint Booster mod? Not sure on value/worth though.
