Call or e-mail Terry. The same thing happened to me when I ordered mine, apparently my mailman scanned that the package was delivered.. And I had not received the JB! I was pissed and thought someone had stolen it from my doorstep! I contacted Terry he was able to work with me, and about 5 days later Terry receives the package back for insuffiecient address... Although it was correct on the package! Some mail folks are a little blind sometimes! Needless to say I filled a complaint with my post office since the mailman posted that the mail was delivered when in deed it was not!

Bottom line.. get in touch with Terry..
