Wiring diagram issue

Hello! I have a question regarding an electrical diagram of a Mini with an N12 engine.
The schematic corresponds to the "Valvetronic" part and I don't understand the connection between X60213 - pin 4 and X60212 pin 30

can anyone clearify that for me? Thank you very much!
