The easy solution is make it voluntary. If you volunteer, you get a break if you meet the criteria, if you don't volunteer, you get the standard exorbitant rate. Otherwise, lawyers would have a field day with this one.

what the heck are you talking about? i was simply disagreeing with Jason about whether being a fatty in Japan is illegal.

Look if Japan fines a person/company for a worker being fat...then that means there's a law that prohibits fatties...thus making it illegal by definition. Just because there isn't a jail sentence doesn't mean it's not illegal.
Sorry misunderstood you. Lol.

At the end of the day, I think it is pretty pathetic that our world has come to this.

As a human, we should not be throwing away the only life we have by making ourselves obese. Not only are you making your life shorter, but you are not able to move as quick, do what you want and have a better life. We should not ban McDonalds and stuff like that, because we should be responsible and allow to do what we want. I go eat a burger once in a while, but I probably workout 4-5 times week. We should on the other hand, stop helping fat people (obese people that DECIDED to become fat and stay like this) because not only they are a burden for our society, but also cost us a shit load. They just stay at home, play Modern Warfare, well I make the world a better place by working my ass off, and try to make this world better. They aren't.

It is sad to see that we have to stop people from making their own decisions.

I could never find clothes there

It was a pain.....

But I have a large build in the states so I XXL there lol

I remember my teachers would suggest exercise... But for me and my friends, the fact that we had to walk everywhere helped us lose weight. They should make more Americans have to walk
