Horrible outside tire wear even after alignment and new tires

I had horrible outside tire wear on my front driver's side on my last set of tires so I figured a wheel alignment would help before putting on a new set of RFT's.

Went for the alignment and the front was still within spec. I asked the guy's if they looked at my suspension components and he said they inspected okay.

I put on new set of tires and after 600miles I can feel that I'm starting to have cupping on the outside again. I'm not an aggressive driver by any means. Tires already make loud road noise. Everything about my car is stock.

If my alignment is in spec what else could cause my outside tire wear. I'm assuming some type of suspension issue. My new front driver side tire is already shot.
