chassis stabilization 2018 340i

My 2018 xdrive 340i is having chassis stabilization issues, When I checked codes I got 48097d -Transfer box fault: Clutch position known (only rear-wheel drive available) and 440101-VTG: end of transmission service life reached. Any ideas as to a fix?

Remote diagnostics being what they are ...

There is a possibility that the front ABS speed sensor in the front wheel is not working correctly.

I think maybe I should take the car to a repair location. The other two error codes can be identified but it is difficult to check if there are any remaining errors that need to be fixed.
