"Little Something" from Vishnu Tuning...
Looks like there will be yet another option for those wanting a tune. I won't link the thread from e90post, since the JB3 crowd turned into a tuner war. The thread got ugly, when Shiv posted a teaser of an upcoming release. See below:
___________________ From Shiv: ..... But if your budget is relatively tight and don't need ALL that functionality, my suggestion is to wait a couple of months. We will have a little something for you: Just a suggestion: You'll get a lot of rabid responses on this forum. Most of which don't even answer your question. Just do your research and you'll be fine. Cheers, shiv

I think Vishnu Tuning was caught with their pants down (metaphorically speaking) by the JB3, which has a rich functionality, small form factor, true PNP solution, easier install, makes lots of power, has shown excellent reliability and costs half the price.
This is probably their response to the JB3 - we'll see what it does when it comes out. Just don't hold your breath, if past history is any indication.

I'm sure Shiv realized that the performance gap between the PROcede and JB had narrowed enough to make pricing a big factor. And when a lot people don't appreciate the extra functionality of V3, it makes it that much harder for them to justify the price premium. It will be interesting to see how this will compete with JB3 in pricing without taking aways customers from V3.
And I have no idea what the picture represents, or when it will come out. But I have noticed when Shiv is quiet on the boards, he is working hard on improving his products. Some may remember how it was early this year, when some were speculating that he gave up tuning BMWs...then he made a spash with the V3 plug-n-play.
