Hey I know this is for n54s but I was wondering about built n52s I haven't seen any and I've been wondering if it's a good idea. I know that wrist pins and rods go first but if I built it based off the weaknesses and turbo charged it would it actually make significant power? Could I get close to 500hp reliably?

Why would you not get an N54? It makes sense to turbo a NA car when there is no turbo OEM option. You can buy a crashed 335 for 3k and swap it in a weekend if you love your current car.
I built an N54 wagon. I didn't turbo the N52 that came in it. I bought an N54 motor and swapped it in. OEM level functionality.
Any your N52 with a turbo isn't going to make 500 hp.
