Lowered my E92 on H&R springs (pics)
Hi guys just putting up some before and after pics of H&R springs on my e92 including fitting. Love the drop iv got, its perfect.
Before: After: Had to compress the spring on the car and push down on the hub so I could get the shock out, wasn't easy. My 3.5T jack H&R and Msport springs. My way of stopping the shock from turning when undoing it. My dead shock I found while doing it. H&R on shock. Dropped rear mount and removed spring then put in new spring, this was fairly easy thank god. . Last edited by essex_lad; 09-29-2014 at 02:36 PM.. |

Gets the car up in no time, have a bit of trouble fitting it in the boot though lol. I haven't driven it properly yet but so far they don't feel any different to the msport ones.

Looks really smart, h&r drop is perfect
Let us know how you get on with the ride quality, I'm thinking of getting some h&r springs for mine but not sure if to get the matching h&r shocks |

You don't need to compress the front springs to get them out, just for the record.
You just need to put the steering on full lock, as that puts the angle of the hub to it's lowest. So for the passenger side, put the steering on full right lock, and for the driver's side put it on full left lock. |

Weird, as it worked on mine which was the same stock M-Sport setup as yours, and also my missus e93 on stock SE?
You still had to stand on hub to push it down whilst teasing it out of the arch (with the shock kind of pointing in the wingmirror direction!). |

Looks fantastic - a slight drop makes all the difference on these cars!
