Not taking personally, maybe should keep my own ability to my self in future 😉.
Think is there are companies out there charging like £68 for 5m EV grany extension, 1.5mm which is rated up to 16amp, simple wall plug/ inline rdc and IP socket. Cost about £30-35 to make this diy based on 1.5mm but more if you going 2.5mm due to cable price and you will need masterplug rdc wall plug, is not like your usual type. But you maybe right not always best giving advice as you don't know someone else ability to carry out the work. |

Just to close the loop - I ended up grabbing an IP-rated extension and running it from an RCD socket to charge at home.
The charge I got is another thing entirely (9-miles!). I'm grabbing an OBD unit to check degradation of the battery |
