BMW Performance Rear Brakes (328i)

Hi all, I was looking at retrofitting the bmw performance rear brakes on my 2010 E90 328i and was going through old forum posts and was reading that due to the rear e brake you’re not able to use the rear brakes (rotors) from the bmw performance kit. I know the only work around is to do some extensive modifications or have custom machining done to the e brake assembly to fit this kit properly. If I were to buy just the calipers are there any rotors I can use to work around this problem while still retaining e brake usability and not have to do the custom machining work to my e brake assembly? I’ve seen where people use 135i rear calipers but run into issues where the entire brake pad doesn’t grip the rotor causing only half the pad to work and I know 335i rear rotors will not work as it is the same issue as the bmw performance rotors where they will not fit due to the rear e brake assembly. My question is, can I install the BMW performance calipers, and either use my stock rotors since they will properly fit on my car so that I can retain my e brake functionality, or is there another rotor I can run that will fit with the bmw performance caliper while also retaining my e brake functionality?

Also, if this isn’t possible to use the bmw performance rear calipers, what are some other OEM options I can go with? I plan on running the bmw performance/135i calipers in the front and want to know what I could possibly use in the rear?

Stock rear brakes with upgraded front (I run OEM 335i) + sport brake coding is a fine setup.

Did you use a coding app for the sport brake coding? (Bimmercode, Carly, protocol) or did you have to use a specialized coding software?

I used a cheap Amazon/eBay cable + Windows laptop and the free NCS Expert tool that is out there.

It's not rocket science, but it's a bit fiddly.

You need to add +SPBR to the VO.

There are also a few braking-related nannies that you can disable (NCS Dummy is helpful there).
