Scratches across radio buttons

Few weeks ago I noticed a small creak of light coming through my "radio station 1" button at night. A few days ago another creak also appeared on the "2" button. Has anyone had this issue and got it fixed at the dealership?

I did some digging around, and it seems people who fixed it elsewhere either had the buttons installed with uneven spacing OR the problem just reappeared.

I guess I want to get it fixed before my warranty expires, but if it is just going scratch itself again then I don't see the point.

I don't have long nails, and I am basically the only one who presses these buttons

. Also I use buttons 7 and 8 more often than 1 and 2 (since the latter is too far away) and no scratches has appeared on those buttons.

Don't have that particular issue but the finish is chipping off of my steering wheel buttons. My old car never had this issue. Looks like crap as the chipping is on every button and all you see is white spots.

had the same issue and told my SA and they replaced them for a new set, covered under warranty .

I have the same exact issue. I'm going to ask for a replacement under warranty when I get my next service in a couple months.

Do they just pop off or do they need to do more?
