Services record on 2007 e90 335i CPO

I am interested in buying a 2007 e90 335i CPO. The car has only 16000 miles but from carfax report it had 4 services at 4000, 5000, 8000, and 12000 miles. I suspect the car might have some issues. So, I asked for the services record from the BWM dealership, but a saleman said that the services record will be provided once I purchase the car. Is that normal? Should I walk away? Thanks in advance.

BTW, there are some scratches on the bottom of the front bumper. If I decide to buy the car, can I ask them to fix it or change it?

Dealerships I have gone to have printed this out for me (not all). There is a privacy issue however as previous owner appears on paperwork. Just have salesman black it out and give you copies. As for the scratches the CPO cars usually go through a Body inspection, and all issues are taken care of prior to delivery, I would bring all faults to CA's attention.

Thank you very much. I will talk my CA again to require a print out.
