[UPDATE 5/22] SOLD!

I have 7 months remaining on my 2011 e90 M3 lease. I pay $760/month and the residual is set at $41k. I have 21,150 miles and there's 8,850 miles left for the lease which ends on 12/16/2014. Current buyout price is $46,600.

Let me know if you're interested. Color is space gray with blk interior. There are no dents or scratches. Some stone chips in the front bumper (normal). Tiny curb rash on one of the 19" forged wheels. Factory Pirelli pzero's have are like new. Competition wheels were recently sold. Warranty is good until 4yr/50,000 miles or 12/16/2015. My car was manufactured on 10/2011, so it was one of the later m3 sedans manufactured.

Interior pics are from 4/9. Interior leather is perfect. This is not my daily driver. Non-smoker. Exterior pics are from 5/11.

Carfax, PPI, and service history available to serious buyers and potential lease transfers.

yes, still available. sorry I haven't taken pics. Snow is gone now and will be giving the car a wash as it comes out of hibernation. PICS WILL BE UP BY THIS WEEKEND. I PROMISE.

I have 8 more lease payments to go. I believe that lease transfers are not allowed when the lease has less than 6 months to go.

Just so everyone knows. This does not have the cold weather pkg or moonroof. It's a 6spd for sure.

If the lease transfer is not allowed, what is the other option? Can someone buy it from now from dealership?

the real benefit is the lease take over and re-negotiation of the residual at the end of the lease. The re-negotiation is the real benefit.
