Low Idle, Loss of power, breather changed
Hi everyone
i couldn't find any existing posts about this so here it goes. I had a very low idle issue where the car was shaking and stalling whilst idle. After several days in the mechanic, we changed the CO2 sensor and it didn't work. We changed the breather valve and rocker cover and the problem is fixed. I have realised that the car is still idling around 600rpm put is not bouncing up and down and no stalling or shaking of the car. I can defiantly notice a loss of power too. Its an automatic so when i usually remove my foot of the break, the car is quick to move off and now when i do this its sluggish. The car is a E93 petrol 3.0. Any help is appreciated. |

Have you checked the Eccentric Shaft Sensor? That will cause jumpy idle and power loss. If there's oil on the sensor, then it needs to be replaced.
