Weight Gain Help

I need to gain weight according to my Mom. I have one week to gain 5 lbs or I lose my car insurance.

I've been eating egg sandwiches lately for the past week. On top of that I usually have a bowl of oatmeal and a microwave dinner. I work out as well

I'm 5'3 and weighed today at 100.2... Earlier this year I was 116.8 in January but I've been stressed.

What is the fastest way to put on weight and keep it on..
