I have done personal training for family & friends.
My son was a professional personal trainer, while in college.

Best overall short workout:
1. Cardio warm up (running/cross trainer) for 20-30-minutes @ target heart rate
2. Leg (butt, front & back of legs) press
3. Bench (chest) press
4. Lat (upper back)pull down
5. Bicep (arm) curl
6. Triceps (arm) push

What are you trying to accomplish with this? How many times a week are you planning on going. This seems very minimal.

this seems like a beginner workout for a girl, ie mostly stretching and toning. dead lifts and heavy barbell rows might help. do like to use pull ups as well but soon will require weights to add resistance also.

Haha! Very true, minus the chin ups.... wait unless they are done on the weight assisted chin up machine.
