Sell the house and buy more cars/toys. No longer have the desire for a big house. Now a big garage in another story.

Even though a house is a much better investment, id rather spend more money on cars and electronics. A really nice house doesn't do much for me. As long as I have room for a home theater system, my computer system and a big ass fridge, im good

But the problem you run into is nice big garages usually come with nice houses.

You get to a point where your cars get to be too nice for the neighborhood if you upgrade your cars but not your house!

There's a family in my neighbourhood like that. He has a 911 Turbo, an X6 and a C250...the house is only worth around 900k.

Toront is like that - there are enough people there whose cars are worth MORE than their houses or close. Just that kind of a place.

With Ontario running insane deficits and the economy taking a beating, its gonna be interesting to see where Toronto ends up in the next 10 - 20 years. Hehe.

That is not that bad. Depending on the model years, those cars collectively is worth not much more than 30% of the house.

If the vehicles are worth MORE than the house, then that is too much.
