This video is genious. This is a newly released YouTube teaser clip for the upcoming MINI "crossover" SUV. Noting really new is seen in this video, actually compared to the beachcomber concept car you actually see less! But what I love is that they took their now standard yellow psychadelic camoflage masking tape and integrated it into the standard teaser video for the car.

I thought it might be interesting to have a direct comparison between the pre LCI E92 and the LCI E92 next to each other. I used the press pictures of both, some angles are wrong, but you get an idea as to what was changed and how it changes the car (for better or for worse). I like the new styling cues.

Car Magazine has published pictures of the M1 undergoing cold weather testing in Scandinavia. While the guys at Car Magazine are assuming that this is a mule for the next gen 1-series coupe (F2x), its safe to say this actually is an M1 prototype. Why?
