Autobild get closer with new BMW X1 rendering.
In some markets, including the North American market. The F48 X1 is going to be xDrive only.
This rendering is very close indeed. The front is very similar, with a dynamic sweep of the headlights. A feature on the next generation 7er, 5er and new X7.
And although it is shown as the M Sport in this render. The front fascia aligns with the new X family signature but looks more sporty to appeal to younger customers. The rear … CONTINUED
The project by car designer David Obendorfer is a modern interpretation of the 1968 BMW E9 series designed by Giovanni Michelotti. It focuses on two models: Michelotti’s E9 and its predecessor, the 1965 BMW 2000 CS (E120 series). The BMW CS vintage concept is based on the 6 series platform; the style, despite numerous citations from the past, is substantially contemporaneous with updated proportions and with modern details, many of which are influenced by nautical styling solutions.

Now that the 4 Series Gran Coupe has been revealed, the natural question that BMW enthusiasts are asking is – When (or will) we see a M4 Gran Coupe model?
BMW has made no official statement regarding a possible M4 Gran Coupe. We did hear from a trusty source several months back not to expect an M variant of the 4 Series Gran Coupe. That said however, even the best laid plans are subject to change. Could BMW resist making a M4 Gran Coupe if … CONTINUED

We’ve just learned from our source that BMW has officially approved the production BMW i8 Spyder for a late 2015 introduction. The approval came last Friday and a production intent model was shown internally at BMW. It was an i8 Spyder in Solar Orange (same color as on i3) with blue highlights, of which we’ve produced a preview rendering below.
Mechanically, the i8 Spyder will share the i8 Coupe’s powerplant and drivetrain. Stylistically, it will be identical to the i8 Spyder Concept, but with the … CONTINUED
Here are some other looks at the BMW F80 M3 and F82 M4 in other colors, via renderings by BIMMERPOST member armymen.
There has been no indication that a F81 M3 touring is in BMW’s plans (not likely), but one artist imagines what such a super wagon would look like.
The production F82 M4 Coupe is set to be shown this Thursday, after which we’ll begin to see its (and the F80 M3′s) marketing campaign gain momentum. As with recent new M models, one of the ways we should see the M3 or M4 (or both) get some publicity is in the role of a Safety Car for MotoGP, with which BMW M is a partner. BMW M is currently in its 15th season as the “Official Car of MotoGP” and provides the official … CONTINUED
A preview look at the BMW M4 F82 Coupe in Yas Marina Blue, a new standard color for the upcoming F80 M3 and F82 M4.
Some sites have been reporting the above image as a leaked official photo, but as you can see below, it’s simply a photoshopped image of an official wallpaper image of the 435i Convertible (source) using styling elements from the M4 Concept. Hence the oddly angled front wheel.
The real M4 convertible should not be much different than the photoshopped image however, as it will share exterior styling with the production M4 Coupe, which will adopt its styling from the M4 Concept.
