This Estoril Blue F30 328i with M Performance parts and stripes is on display at the 2013 New York International Auto Show and represents the debut of a M Performance Parts equipped F30 at a North America auto show.
This F30 is equipped with the M Performance front splitters/lip, wheels (20″ Style 405M), brakes, sideskirts, trunk spoiler lip, rear bumper diffuser, and M Performance racing stripes. It rides on stock suspension (not M Sport suspension). It also did not feature any M Performance interior parts, nor the recently announced 335i M Performance Power Kit (PPK) [details / dyno video and results].

The 2012 Essen Motor Show is underway and BMW has trotted out many of its models showcasing BMW M Performance Parts. Of particular note is the debut of the F31 3 Series Touring with M Performance Parts.
The F31 and F11 generally share the M Performance Parts from the sedan versions [recent F30 gallery] - including black kidney grilles, front bumper splitters (carbon fiber for the F11), carbon fiber mirror caps, rear diffuser, side skirt trim, M Performance brakes, M Performance exhaust system [recent sample video] and 20″ wheels (different styles for the F31 and F11). The F31 also features side body pinstripes.

So far we’ve only seen BMW M Performance aero kit parts for the F30 3 Series installed on white F30s, but here are the first look at how the parts look on a different color - Estoril Blue II and Mineral Grey 3 Series.
The parts seen on the Estoril Blue II F30 is even painted in body color for an even more unique look.
