VS Motorsports shows us the full installation process of an ESS VT Supercharger on the E92 M3. You won’t have to wait hours to see the process from beginning to end however, as the visuals have been truncated through a nice time lapse video. The ESS VT2-625 supercharger system features a Vortech V3 supercharger unit. It boosts the E90/E92 M3 up to 625 HP / 410 ft-kb torque @ 7.0 PSI. Actual install time is an estimated 8-14 hours.

Matt Farah (of Tuned) drives and reviews VF Engineering’s 700hp Supercharged BMW M3 (VF620). This M3 features a VF Engineering VF620 supercharger with KW 2 way Adjustable Club Sport Coilover kit w/ Front Camber Plates. Brakes are AP Racing - AP7100 368mm 6-piston Front Big Brake Kit and AP Racing - AP7150 356mm 4-piston Rear Big Brake Kit. Exhaust is Akrapovic Titanium Evolution Slip-On Exhaust System and Challenge X-Pipe Race+ (Catless), Stainless Steel.
Some M3POST member’s supercharged M3s have set the quarter mile trap speed record on street tires. The M3s were supercharged with ESS 535 (DCT) supercharger, ESS 625 (6spd) supercharger, and AA Stage 2 supercharger and DCT.
The runs were made at Atco Raceway in some cool temperatures (45 degrees F).
1SICKM managed a trap speed record of 125mph and ran times of 11.6 and 11.8. Akh23456’s M3 managed even faster 1/4 mile times in 11.2 - 11.3.
