BMW has introduced a limited model BMW X6 called the X6 Performance Unlimited edition for the Japanese market. Only 20 will be made. The X6 Performance Unlimited is based on an X6 xDrive35i and has the following special upgrades:
BMW Individual silver pearl color paint
Special BMW Performance aerokit (front bumper, blackout grills, skirskirts, rear diffuser)
21" alloy wheels with sport tires
Shadowline black window trim
Aluminum pedals
Special leather seats and Chateau Nevada leather interior
Brushed aluminum trim
Numbered plaque inside
No performance upgrades have been listed.
The BMW X6 Performance Unlimited is available for order in Japan with pricing set at 9,450,000 Yen (about US$108,400 or €86,300).

The Japanese tuning company Vertice has released its X6 aero kit. The kit is entirely carbon fiber construction and offers a less aggressive alternative to the mostly wild aero kits that are currently on the market for the X6.
BMW recently announced a full lineup of BMW Performance Parts for the X6, including both power upgrades and cosmetic enhancements. As you can see, the Performance Parts aero parts is a stunning and aggressive upgrade to the regular X6. We almost mistakened it for an X6M upon first glance! An Xbimmers member took delivery of the world’s first Dinan X6 50i with a complete Stage 1 upgrade, including tuning, Brembos, exhaust, black cermaic exhaust tips, and suspension.
2010 X6 35i and 50i models will get a new BMW “Performance Upgrade” option which will boost both horsepower and torque.
