A lucky customer attending Goodwood Festival of Speed over the weekend had a chance to test drive the F10 B5 Bi-Turbo around a track. Check out the walkaround and some of the furious acceleration from this 500+hp / 700tq monster F10. You can actually hear the rear passenger exclaim in delight during acceleration.

The 2011 Alpina B5 (F10) has previously been spotted undergoing testing around Alpinas headquarters, and it continues to undergo testing as shown in these new photos. Whats interesting about these new photos is the new set of front wheels, which is possibly a new Alpina wheel design? Alpina has traditionally stuck to a narrow range of its traditional wheel designs for its cars and this is no Alpina design weve seen before. Seen here is the next gen Alpina B5 already in testing. That Alpina already has a F10 5-series to work with shows the close relationship that the Germany manufacturer/tuner continues to have with BMW. This continues a trend of Alpina having access to still-in-development BMWs prior to the models debut. We most recently saw the Alpina B7 in development prior to its introduction.
