In order to commemorate their huge win at the 24hours Nurburgring race, BMW has a few things in store. But they’ve kicked things off with a nicely put together, albeit too short, of a video about the even, which highlights the end of the race when they seemed to have it. I have a feeling more behind the scenes videos and interviews will come out later on, but so far this is a good way to kick things off

If you haven’t yet seen this commercial, make sure to see inside because it’s a good one. One of the more inspiring 3-series commercial in a while, the spot evokes the storied history of the 3-series, with images from 34 years of 3-series history, and messages that the 3-series “exemplifies the essence of BMW.”

Munich. Sun, rain, ice and snow “at the push of a button” - all climate zones of the world in one building in northern Munich. This piques curiosity and provides for optimal conditions for a special type of photo shoot. “I heard you can make weather here.” With this sentence, the two-time Olympic champion Katarina Witt greeted the Manager of Efficient Dynamics at the BMW Group, Dr. Johannes Liebl, during her visit to the BMW Group’s Energy and Environmental Test Centre (ETC). “I’d like to have some sun - I’ve had enough ice and snow this last winter.”

BMW is said to be imminently releasing the critical information and photos surrounding the all new X3. And it cant come a moment to soon, although sales of the current X3 have seen an end of life uptick (likely due to the economy) many of us have been anxiously awaiting a new model.

From the spyphotos weve seen of this car so far, the new X3 will not be a drastic departure from the current car but will offer a larger size and a more X5-ish look to the mid-size model. But enough of me, watch the video and look at the new pictures and you be the judge.
