No I'm saying there are plenty of other options that will perform as well and look better in the same general price range. Of course you knew exactly what I was saying, it just doesn't fit with what you want everyone else to read in this thread. |

What he said. ^ . I bought the RR scoops when I first bought my 1er. I didn't have any problems with the quality. They are expensive for what they are, but I didn't feel like fabricating my own, so I bought them. I was thinking about the RR intake for a while, since I knew I was going to have a JB. I saw Dynos for the Injen and saw the price, including shipping and the plenum and finally decided that for 439 I would get a better deal IMO for my money than for 319 for an intake and another 200 for a plenum from RR. I feel the Injen has a better, cleaner look and probably performs just as good as the RR. To each his own.

Maybe I should. Then I would have no one to argue with. He thinks he knows everything about everything. Which is fine. He might. I just laugh, and brush it off. It's when I post a review about the RR stuff, he comes in and says Im paid to say what I say about the products. When accually I don't have to say jack shit. I just thought I was probably the first one to get the plenum, I would do everyone a favor and post pics of the install. He even told me once to tone my excitement down, I was sounding too "giddy" about products that I got at a discount. So honestly I could care less of what he thinks or does, he just maybe doesnt like RR which is his choice after all. I just think it is funny. Go ahead carry on. Oh and I can use big words too...... Time for your REBUTTAL.

I'm not going to get into this quarrel, just glad the RR guys have had to tone down their signatures, they were getting way over the top.

Edit: I just tried to install the intake with the flat bracket that was supplied. I can confirm that it is impossible to install the Riss intake with the flat bracket if you have a Code3/spearco FMIC. Last edited by Juicer; 04-01-2009 at 03:51 PM.. |

So I'm considering buying the stage 1 off of a forum member, but I haven't been able to find any numbers as far as performance gains? Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks!

An intake on a 135 is for show/sound unless you have enough mods that make the stock intake a bottle neck.
