HRE P40 or equivalents

Look at options and want a forged wheel (1 piece desired). Like the HRE P-40 style and look. Want them in gunmetal or titanium color wise.

Anybody have any ideas as for cost, offset and fitment for a set of 19" for my e92 M3 coupe? Will be using my 18" OEM's for winter duty likely when I get back in the states.

Just need to see what is out there before I pull the trigger.

Oh yeah do not want to go the spacer route if can be avoided. The car and current wheels and 19" OEM wheels work very well and were designed without using spacers and I'd like to keep it that way. Spacers seem to be more problem than they're worth just for asthetics most of the time.

Post pics please if you got em! It always helps to see wheel options on cars before a purchase!

While not forged, have you had a chance to see the V710s? Here are the Matte Black V710s on our SG M3:

We're using a 255/285 setup with no spacers required.

Agreed. The P40s are an excellent choice. No need for spacers. They look fantastic and are one piece like you mentioned. You can get them in basically any finish. Mine are in the Brushed finish. Good Luck with your decision!

Julian...send me a PM with prices for HRE P40 and Neez 7 models and pics post of the Neez 7. I want a mesh type wheel but without a lip. 19" without spacers! I have OEM 18" and love the finish as it matches my paint, Sparkling Graphite, almost exactly. What finishes complement that are avail? Looking toward gunmetal, titanium of a flat graphite/gray!

Let me know what options you can provide. I liked the look of the MORR VS8's but I'll likely retire before dude releases those in an M3 fitment. Not to mention trust and reliability issues of a wheel maker who you have to pry info from! Looking to see what you got.

I dont think any member here have NEEZ wheels installed. You might want to photoshop that and have a look.

Hi mdrobc13,

I think you might be looking for something like I have on my car. See the pics below. We are an authorized HRE dealer. Let me know if you'd like a quote on these wheels. I choose gloss charcoal, because I felt they would reflect more light, and photograph better than a flat or satin finish, but they all look great in person.

Bob

Bob...amazing...yes I'd be open to a PM price. Would be looking at something like gunmetal or charcoal 19" clear coat or matte.

You wheels look amazing.

Can anyone photoshop any of their wheels on my car?

I love the HREs, but pretty pricey. I'm hoping RAC will come out with something similar at 2/3 the cost.

It might happen. The RG4s in gunmetal are beautiful. It appears Cleveland over the M3forum has gone AWOL, so I don't know who might run their group buy, if he doesn't come back. I exchanged emails about carrying their wheels last year, but it never happened. Ralph and Chuck (hence RAC) don't seem to be interested in traditional distribution channels. As far as I know, they have never sold their wheels thru any means other than group buys. Usually that means a non-refundable deposit by cashiers' check and waiting months to get your wheels. I like their wheels very much and love to sell them. I had my HRE's in less than 2 weeks, so points for customer service go to HRE.

PM if you need a quote on any wheels or wheel/tire packages.

Yes, ordering takes a bit of patience, and you have to wait until they have the initiative to do a run. But, the quality is equal to anything, IMO. If they sold through distributors, the cost would not be as attractive as it is. I'll give Ralph another shout.
