Body Repair
So.... I recently had some damage on my passenger side quarter panel fixed through my insurance. The car comes back and sits over the weekend before I get a chance to look at it. The first thing I notice is the side skirt (which was scratched) has not been touched. So I got to thinking that they must have not blended the panel at all. I look at the rear bumper in light and sure enough it looks like a completely different shade of alpine white. I'm in the process of getting the car sent back now so at a minimum the side skirt can be painted. I've already paid my deductable for it, should I complain about the lack of blending as well or is there something I'm missing here?

I would keep at it until they get it right. If this particular shop cannot paint match or blend, I would talk to your insurance and let them know you want to take it elsewhere.
