Preview look at the Vorsteiner Widebody M4 GTRS4 via PSI:
Vorsteiner shared with us exclusive images inside their design studio in Orange County, California. Their GTRS4 project shows their dedication and what it takes to create an original design from the ground up. It’s extremely unique to see an aftermarket company spend countless hours in the design process with using clay modeling.
Factory stock M4s have already put down 11′s at the quarter mile track, but TPG Tuning shows that with just a few more modifications, the M4 is starting to sniff the 10 second range!
Enjoy some laps at Laguna Seca in the TCKR M4, as TC chases down a McLaren MP4-12C and then opens it up for a few hot laps.
The car is on TC Kline Double Adjustable Suspension and Apex Wheels with Hoosier R6 tires. Everything else is stock.
The new M3 and M4 exhaust system has been perhaps the most polarizing aspects of the cars, so it’s no surprise to see owners interested in modifying the factory exhaust.

GSR Autosport gives us the skinny on their Global Time Attack M4 prior to SEMA. The GSR Autosport Global Time Attack project car is being developed to run in the 2015 GTA Pro Am Series in Street Class. The overall concept is sort of a Jekyll & Hyde thing where certain parts will be able to be swapped back and forth – between track duty and street duty – parts such as the front splitter, rear decklid/wing, roll bar, seats, wheels/tires, etc.
